Arthur Frackenpohl

Arthur Frackenpohl is Professor Emeritus of the SUNY College at Potsdam Crane School of Music.

Premieres

On June 5, 1999, Susan Ball and Simone Guthauser presented Two Songs for Soprano and Organ, in Basel, Switzerland. Woodwork by Pastiche, for clarinet, trumpet, percussion, and piano, was heard first in Lake Charles, LA, June 30, 1999. Pianists Patricia de Angelis and Heather H. Stewart premiered Old Forge Festival Polka in Old Forge, NY, Aug. 9, 1999.

Performances

Oswego (NY) High School Wind Ensemble members played Pop Suite for Tuba Quartet, Apr. 28, 1999. Under the baton of Tim Schirmer, the Parkland Community Wind Ensemble performed Diversion in F, May 13, 1999 in Champaign, IL. Dorothy Grimm and Kate Handley presented Vienna Sally and Shanghai Mabel for Two Pianos in Stamford, CT, June 21, 1999.
