of Letters degree from Concordia University, in Seward,
NE.

Monastery of the Holy Cross and St. Mary of Perpetual

Te Deum, 2000, for cantor and SATB
choir, Jan. 1-2; and
If You Bring Your Gift to the
Altar, for SATB a cappella choir, written for the
dedication of the altar, June 26. In River Forest, IL,
O Waly Waly, "When Love Is Found", for flute, solo
voice, and keyboard, was heard first at Grace Lutheran
Church, John Folkening, director, May 20, 2000.
Partita
on Atchison, O God of Light, for organ, was introduced
during the alumni reunion at Concordia University, in
River Forest, by Steven Wente, July 30, 2000. Jonathan
Kohrs directed
Music for Flute, Horn, and Strings,
June 11, 2000 at Grace Lutheran Church, Northbrook, IL.
Performances
Also heard at Grace Lutheran Church on June 11, 2000 was
Three Pieces for Brass, Organ,and Timpani, at A
Festival of Hymns, with the Classic Brass Quintet and
Kohrs at the organ.
Fantasia on The Nunc Dimittis,
arranged for concert band and directed by William Kuhn,
was part of the Commencement at Concordia University,
May 5, 2000.
