Premieres
1000 Seasons Pageant, a play with music and songs by Augusta Cecconi-Bates, had its first four performances in Cape Vincent, NY, August 16-19, 2001. On November 29, 2001, Charles Schneider led the Utica (NY) Symphony Orchestra in the premieres of Essences of the North Country, for orchestra, and From the Tug Hill Plateau, for chamber orchestra. The Fond du Lac (WI) Concert Band, conducted by Ray Wifler, presented the march Dinner for Three, April 29, 2000, at the Association of Concert Bands Convention, in Milwaukee, WI.
Performances
The SUNY College at Potsdam Woodwind Quintet, with Mark Mason narrating and the composer at the keyboard, played Willie was Different, September 3, 2000.
