Annual American Composers Update
Joel Feigin
Joel Feigin continues as Associate Professor on the
composition faculty at the University of California,
Santa Barbara. At the same time, he is orchestrating
his new two-act opera Twelfth Night for production
by the Opera Studio of the Moscow (Russia) Conservatory.
Additionally, a chamber version of Twelfth Night
has been commissioned by Long Leaf Opera of Chapel Hill,

Performances
Tapestry had its first New York performance
February 7, 2001, in Weill Recital Hall, in New York,
NY, with Steven Gross, French horn; Louise Thomas, piano;
and Chiao-Ling Sun, violin.
