SAI National Arts Associate Frank Graham Stewart's string orchestra piece, Spring Sprouts, was introduced May 15, 2003, at Indian Trail Middle School, Johnson City, TN, in a performance conducted by Susan Sterling. Action Front, for symphonic wind band, was first heard at the University of Georgia, Athens, conducted by John Culvahouse, for the SCL 2003 Annual Forum.
