Lipman, clarinet, D. Fradkin, violin, and O. Stolpner, cello. Drawings, Set No. 13 (2002) was presented October 20 by violists J. Dunham and K. Richter at Shepherd School of Music, Rice University, Houston, TX. Bobby Adams led the Stetson University Wind Ensemble in the November 6 premiere of Monumentum Pro Umbris, DeLand, FL. Tela Lacerata for woodwind quintet (2001) was introduced November 8 by the Veritate Winds at Stetson University, DeLand. PerformancesJohn Washburn led the Vancouver Chamber Choir in a performance of Three Christmas Canons, for SATB choir, November 30, 2002, at Holy Rosary Cathedral, Vancouver, BC, Canada. Requiescant for chamber sextet was presented by the Duke University Contemporary Ensemble, Durham, NC, March 22, 2003, and again August 5 in a performance by Proteus, conducted by the composer, Aspen (CO) Music Festival. The University of North Carolina Percussion Ensemble performed Drawings Set No. 9, March 22 at Duke University, Durham, NC; the piece was also performed by the Aspen Percussion Ensemble, under the direction of J. Haas, Aspen (CO) Music Festival, August 3. Kerberos for percussion was performed March 22 by Cameron Britt, snare drum, Duke University. The Concert Orchestra for the Aspen (CO) Music Festival, led by Daniel Hege, presented Overture: A Little Travelin' Music, July 30.
