Premieres

Bird Bath, for woodwind quintet and recorded bird sounds, was introduced in April 2004 by the Quintet of the Americas at Merkin Hall, New York, NY. By George, for oboe, cello, and piano, was presented in June by the Trio PianOVo, at the Handel MusikTage in Halle, Germany. The Bowdoin College Chamber Choir performed Two Watterson Poems for mixed chorus and percussion during December in Brunswick, ME. Downtown Crossing, for trombone, bass trombone, and chamber wind ensemble, was first heard in a performance by the Harvard Band in February 2005, Cambridge, MA.

Performances

The Cassatt Quartet performed Bellagio Variations for string quartet during June 2004, as part of the Seal Bay Festival, at different locations on the Maine coast. Chamber Concerto IV, for saxophone and ten players, was presented by the Boston Modern Orchestra Project during January 2005, Jordan Hall, Boston MA.
