Premieres

Sonata for Viola and Piano was first heard August 11, 2004, as performed by Randolph Kelly and Thomas J. Lymenstull, in the Dendrinos Chapel, Interlochen (MI) Center for the Arts. The same work was presented by Kelly in October at the Festival of New Music and Arts, Bowling Green (OH) State University; November 8 at West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV; and November 9 at the Duquesne University School of Music, Pittsburgh, PA.

Performances

Terra Firma was performed July 27, 2004, by flutist Nancy Stagnitta, cellist Jeffrey Lastrapes, and pianist Carol Beall, in the Dendrinos Chapel, Interlochen (MI) Center for the Arts. The West Virginia University Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of David Tang, presented Raven Rock on November 18, at West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV.
