Premieres

Built On a Rock the Church Doth Stand for choir, organ, and handbells was introduced May 1, 2005, by the Westminster Presbyterian Church Chancel Choir, under the direction of Robert Davis, DeKalb, IL.

Performances

Organist Gregory Ceurvorst performed O Sacred Head, Now Wounded on March 4, 2005, First Lutheran Church, DeKalb, IL. The pieces “Hjertehjem Halling,” “Gills Rock Stoneware Sarabande,” and “Trollhaugen Lodge Springdans” from Door County Suite for piano were presented by William Goldenberg on March 22 at Sollentuna Kulturskolan, Stockholm, Sweden; on March 26, at Retsken Art Gallery, Bergen, Norway; and on March 29, at Rygaards International School, Copenhagen, Denmark. Concertino for English Horn and Strings was presented June 8 by Carolyn Hove and the Austin (TX) Festival Orchestra, conducted by David Neely, for the International Double Reed Society Conference.
