Premieres

Translations for violin and cello was introduced on February 20, 2005, by Danilo Bonina and David Himmelheber on a Mannes Faculty and Alumni concert, New York, NY; the same performers presented the piece again on April 10 for a concert of the American Jewish Composers Association. On May 20, Theresa Salomon and Ariane Lallemand performed the work for Old/New Music presented by Music Under Construction, New York, NY.

Performances

Mary Barto presented two solo flute works on March 22, 2005, Speaking Alone and Taming the Furies for Music Under Construction at the Mannes School of Music, New York, NY.
