Greg Danner**

Greg Danner’s Of Thee I Sing, a new work for concert band commissioned by the Air Force Band of Mid-America, was premiered in the fall of 2006. Newly published works for band include Country Dances, Free, Waverider, and Slide Ride (solo trombone with band) all with C. Alan Publications. The Drake University Wind Symphony has recorded Danner’s composition “Nebula” on their recently released CD Impressions on the Mark Masters label. Into the Blue, for wind quintet, was recently recorded by the Cumberland Quintet on the Albany Records label. Danner has also received an ASCAP composers award for 2006.
