Jonathan Elkus

Retired from the music faculty of the University of California-Davis, Elkus continues to manage Overland Music Distributors, a publishing group that he formed in 1984, and to perform editorial work for the Charles Ives Society. His study “Defining the Sousa March: Its Formal and Stylistic Constants” has been published in the American Music Research Journal 15 (2005)
