Three Portraits of a Witch, for chamber orchestra, was first heard in a May 20, 2006, production of The Wizard of Oz by the Harford Ballet, Joppa, MD.

Performances

Of Molluscs, for trumpet and voice, was presented by Dan Gianola-Norris and Aja Gianola on “Sound the Trumpet,” March 19, 2006, at St. Theresa’s Church, Bodega, CA. The string orchestra work Medieval Scenes was performed May 25 by the Second and Third Year String Orchestra, under the direction of Shannon Stevenson, at S.B. Butler Elementary, Groton, CT. Trumpeter Galindo Rodriguez, hornist Alma Maria Liebrecht, and trombonist Brian Diehl performed Trio for Brass on June 10 at the International Trumpet Guild Conference in Rowan, NJ. Lyra presented Blue Monkey, for clarinet and violin, and Pas de Deux, for violin and cello, on July 28 at the Lubber Run Amphitheater, Arlington, VA. Susan Rheingans and the Newtown Chamber Orchestra will perform Five Songs on Poems of Robert Herrick, for soprano and string orchestra, on February 27, 2007, led by Russell Hoffmann, Bucks County Community College Auditorium, Newtown, PA.
