Recognizing that music evolves and transforms over time, we invite all SAI chapters and members in good standing to submit original compositions to be considered for publication in a brand-new edition of the SAI Songbook.
Songs can be vocal or instrumental in nature. Written permission to use any text that is not in the public domain must be secured from the author and included with the submission. Songs should be submitted via SmarterSelect (https://smr.to/p80293) and include:
- The composer’s identifying information (name, SAI affiliation, and contact information)
- A .PDF of the score labeled with the Title and Instrumentation
- An .MP3 recording from the composing software or a link to a live performance video
